At Imagine Chobe, we are committed to providing exceptional service with integrity and professionalism. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests while promoting responsible tourism and mutual respect.


Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or online form).
  • A deposit of 30–50% is required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
  • Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to the commencement of travel.
  • Bookings made less than 30 days before the travel date must be paid in full upon confirmation.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and mobile money (where applicable).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:
    • More than 30 days before travel: 15% of total cost
    • 15–30 days before travel: 30% of total cost
    • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total cost
    • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total cost
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services once the trip has begun.

Travel Insurance Policy

  • Imagine Chobe strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and loss of personal belongings.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any costs or losses incurred due to a lack of insurance coverage.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. All personal data collected during booking is used solely to facilitate your travel arrangements.
  • Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for booking-related purposes (e.g., hotels, lodges, border authorities).

Safety & Health Policy

  • Guest safety is our top priority. We work with licensed guides, drivers, and operators who adhere to strict safety protocols.
  • Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations.
  • Compliance with park rules, wildlife guidelines, and local laws is mandatory at all times.

Environmental & Cultural Responsibility

  • Imagine Chobe is committed to low-impact, sustainable tourism that respects wildlife, natural habitats, and local communities.
  • We ask all guests to observe eco-friendly practices and to respect local customs, traditions, and cultural sites.

Code of Conduct

  • We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, local communities, and fellow travellers.
  • Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.

Changes to Itineraries

  • While every effort is made to deliver the planned itinerary, Imagine Chobe reserves the right to make reasonable changes due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives of equal value will be offered where possible.

Complaints & Feedback

  • We welcome your feedback. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your experience, please notify our team as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
  • Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days after your trip concludes.
