Moremi Game Reserve

Moremi Game Reserve is in the northern Botswana in the Okavango Delta, which becomes a lush animal habitat during seasonal floods, dugout canoes are used to navigate past birdlife, Hippos and Crocodiles on waterways like the Xakanaxa Lagoon. On land, wildlife includes Lions, Leopards, Cheetah, and Giraffes.

The Moremi is home to the most endangered species of large mammals, the Cheetah, African Wild Dogs, and Lions. Moremi game reserve is just under 50,000 square kilometers (1,900sqmil) in extent, covering much of the eastern side of Okavango Delta and combining  permanent water with drier areas, which create some starting and unexpected contrast.
